Due to the nature of our products and their ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Because our items are personal care and wellness products, we cannot resell or restock them after they leave our facility. This helps protect the quality, safety, and integrity of every item we offer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
