Her Wellness Pause was created from the belief that wellness and skincare should feel supportive, effective, and uncomplicated.
Inspired by the simplicity of Mediterranean living, we believe caring for yourself does not require endless products, complicated routines, or luxury price tags. Instead, it begins with thoughtfully selected ingredients, simple daily rituals, and a consistent approach to self-care.
In a world filled with overwhelming routines, harsh ingredients, and marketing-driven complexity, we wanted to create something different. A space centered around intentional products made with carefully selected natural and organic ingredients that support your skin without unnecessary additives, fillers, or excess.
Because effective skincare does not need to rely on more. It starts with ingredients chosen with purpose and routines you can realistically return to every day.
Meet the Founder
Her Wellness Pause was founded by Jenny, a certified AFPA Holistic Nutritionist and NASM Wellness Coach, with years of experience helping women build sustainable habits through nutrition, movement, recovery, and lifestyle change.
As a Greek-American who spent most of her life in Greece, Jenny was influenced by a culture where wellness was naturally woven into everyday life. Fresh foods, herbs, olive oil, movement, time outdoors, and meaningful moments of rest were not trends- they were simply part of a balanced lifestyle.
That appreciation for simplicity continues to shape Her Wellness Pause today.
Over time, wellness became more than a professional focus. After going through breast cancer, Jenny’s perspective on health, recovery, stress, and self-care deepened significantly. That experience reinforced the importance of simplifying wellness and paying closer attention to the products, ingredients, and routines we use every day.
Most women do not need more complicated advice.
They need simpler, more realistic ways to consistently support themselves.
That realization became the foundation of Her Wellness Pause.
