Return & Refund Policy

At Her Wellness Pause, I am committed to providing personalized, professional, and science-based coaching services. I believe in clear and transparent policies so that every client understands the terms of their purchase.

Please review this Return & Refund Policy before purchasing an online coaching subscription.

1. Digital Services & Returns

Her Wellness Pause provides online coaching services exclusively, including:

• Health & Wellness Coaching

• Weight Management & Fitness Coaching

• Endurance & Outdoor Adventure Coaching

All programs are delivered virtually through online consultations, personalized guidance, customized programming, and access to a dedicated coaching platform.

Because these are digital and professional services, there are no physical products to return.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly coaching subscriptions are generally nonrefundable once personalized coaching services have begun.

These services may include initial consultations, individualized program development, nutrition and fitness guidance, coaching communication, progress reviews, and access to the online coaching platform.

If you purchase a coaching subscription but have not yet received a consultation, personalized program, coaching support, or access to the coaching platform, you may request a refund before services begin.

Refund requests in these circumstances will be reviewed individually.

Refunds may also be provided in cases of duplicate or incorrect charges, services not delivered as agreed, or other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Subscription Cancellations

All monthly coaching packages renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify customer account or by contacting Her Wellness Pause.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for payments already processed.

To avoid another monthly charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

4. Unused Coaching Sessions

Monthly coaching packages include scheduled consultations and ongoing coaching services as described in each program.

Clients are encouraged to schedule and complete their sessions during the applicable paid coaching period.

Unused coaching sessions generally do not qualify for refunds or credits and do not automatically carry forward into the following month.

If a session cannot be provided by Her Wellness Pause, an alternative appointment will be offered. If the agreed-upon service cannot be delivered, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided as required by applicable law.

5. Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a coaching appointment.

Sessions missed without notice or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as completed sessions and are generally not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.

If Her Wellness Pause needs to reschedule an appointment, an alternative time will be offered at no additional charge.

6. Individual Results

All coaching programs are personalized to support each client's goals, circumstances, and participation.

Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors, including consistency, lifestyle, health status, training experience, recovery, and personal circumstances.

Specific weight loss, fitness, health, or athletic performance outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Dissatisfaction with the pace or amount of progress does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

7. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund or have experienced an issue with your coaching services, please contact Her Wellness Pause.

Include your name, order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation of your request.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and responded to within five business days.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, those rights take precedence over this policy.
